As this is a pre-order item, delivery times will vary. Estimated shipping dates are provided at checkout, and you will receive updates as your timepiece nears completion. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to monitor your order's journey.
Orders can be canceled and fully refunded before production begins. Once production is underway, refunds are no longer possible as funds will have been allocated to manufacturing.
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us for assistance. You may return your watch within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in original condition.

Our workshop is located near the town of Sierre in southwestern Switzerland. Each Bedouin GMT is meticulously assembled here by our team of skilled watchmakers.
During assembly, every watch undergoes rigorous testing and is individually regulated in 5 positions to achieve an accuracy of ±8 seconds per day. Once completed, your timepiece is carefully packaged and shipped directly from our workshop to you.
